Proposed Projects

Architect of Record: KRIKOR Architecture

Designer + Project Architect: Gregory Mason

Location: Wilson, Wyoming

                 Teton County

This multi-phased project included the relocation and refurbishing of an old log cabin, addition and remodel, Kitchen remodel and outdoor living spaces.

The main design goal was to respect the vintage nature of the original log cabin while letting the new construction slightly contrast in style.

The new portions were also to have superior insulation values to make up for the losses in the old log cabin portion of the house.  Cost savings and superior insulation were achieved by having all new construction built using Structural Insulated Panels for the walls and roof.  This method also saves natural resources by using only five percent of the lumber normally found in wood frame construction.
